Our process

How It Works

A clear path from first conversation to handover — with you involved at every decision.

Interiors involve many decisions and many trades. Our process breaks the journey into clear stages so you always know what is happening, what we need from you and what comes next.

  1. 01

    Pre-consultation discussion

A first conversation to understand your home, family, timelines and priorities.

  2. 02

    Design consultation 1

Floor-plan review, preliminary requirements, initial material selection and an estimate.

  3. 03

    Design consultation 2

Detailed design with 2D drawings and 3D visualisation, material finalisation and any design changes. If an estimate has already been shared, charges for changes to committed services will be proportional to that initial estimate.

  4. 04

    Factory production

Modular units are manufactured to the approved drawings while site work begins.

  5. 05

    Electrical

New points, wiring and lighting provisions completed before ceilings and carpentry.

  6. 06

    False ceiling

Ceiling framing, boarding, coves and light cut-outs.

  7. 07

    Carcass installation

Cabinet and wardrobe carcasses installed and aligned on site.

  8. 08

    Shutters

Shutters, hardware and accessories fitted and adjusted.

  9. 09

    Cleaning

A thorough clean of the home after installation.

  10. 10

    Handover

A walkthrough together, a final check and the keys to a ready-to-live home.

Project schedule

How the stages overlap

An indicative sequence: factory production runs alongside electrical and ceiling work on site, so installation can begin as soon as the site is ready. Your actual schedule is shared after design sign-off.

Change management

If you change your mind, here is what happens

Changes are normal. Our process makes their impact clear before any work begins. Changes after sign-off are priced as a fresh estimate.

01

Request

Tell your designer what you would like to change, at any stage.

02

Assess

We review the impact on design, materials, production and schedule.

03

Estimate

Changes after sign-off are priced as a fresh estimate, shared with you in writing.

04

Approve

Work on the change starts only after your approval.

Questions

Questions about the process

All questions
What does your design process look like?

A pre-consultation discussion, a first design consultation with floor-plan review and estimate, then detailed 2D and 3D design, followed by factory production, site work, cleaning and handover.

Can I see the design before production starts?

Yes. We prepare 2D drawings and 3D visualisations so you can review the design and request changes before anything is manufactured.

What happens if I want changes after approving the design?

Tell your designer. We assess the impact on materials, production and schedule, and share a fresh estimate for the change. Work on it starts only after your approval.

Do you provide 3D designs?

Yes. 3D visualisation is part of our detailed design stage.
